Nov 29, Our experience was extraordinary. The level of detail given to cleaning the room prior to our arrival was impressive. The entire stuff that we interacted with front desk, breakfast area has either met or exceeded expectations. A truly remarkable experience in a time when every hotel seems to struggle with it's services towards the customers.

The front desk and maintenance crew were attentive and courteous. I would recommend it for a couple and small groups. The included breakfast was an attractive option for us. Observations for consideration: 1 The hotel seems to have public area fragrance dispensers. It smelled like laundry detergent and it activated my allergy. Shuttle service was a plus although took a bit longer than expected. Breakfasts were great and staff was excellent. Nov 22, Disliked: Amenities. Overall, this property was so-so. Cheaper than staying on Disney property, but you also get what you pay for. It is still overpriced for what you get. The breakfast was poor quality, wifi not reliable and we had a bug found in the shower. The exterior door and area near the elevator at one of the building had a clear pot odor.
